Hey dumbass, if you ever watched DBZ you would see right away that the fighting in that is too extreme for even the normal eye can see and they can destroy planets. No they don't! You're as ignorant as shit. If you actually watched the show *consistently* you would see that they have alot of skill. Naruto is just a bunch of fake ninjas(when I say fake I mean they don't actually do real ninja things) doing pop out smoke appearing magic bullshizzle. It's silly. Also the muscles are a little side effect of whatchamacalit oh-training. Intense real martial artist training. Honestly though I actually like how Naruto looks in the manga. It's still a copout though.
